Blue Pacific Foods offers the freshest and best in seafood and other produce in the Cook Islands.

Catering to the retail and wholesale domestic markets as well as international customers the company uses only the very best of the local catch here in the Cook Islands.

Operating out of a state of the art 750 square metre plant on Rarotonga, Blue Pacific first opened its doors in 2003 and quickly established itself as one of the leading seafood outlets in the country.

Directors Jack Cooper and Chris Douglas also run Trader Jacks – Rarotonga’s most famous bar and restaurant – and know a thing or two about good seafood and fine dining. As well as supplying Traders’ kitchens with the best locally caught fish available, Blue Pacific also sells to other restaurants, retail outlets on the island and the general public, and is open seven days a week.

The company offers outside catering services for weddings and other events and can deal with parties of up to 500 people.

Blue Pacific’s international operation also offers overseas customers the finest fish the Cook Islands has to offer, including broadbill, marlin, mahi-mahi and tuna. The fish are prepared for sale and export at the plant on Rarotonga, which meets international standards and is HACCP compliant which guarantees that the fish is always to the highest possible standard. The company also sells other local Rarotongan specialities prepared from the finest locally grown ingredients.
